EXCLUSIVE SERVICES IN MALLORCA
Garden
Our professional gardeners ensure that your garden is in full bloom all year round.
We take care of the regular maintenance, landscaping and the preservation of the natural beauty of your outdoor area according to your needs.
Price per hour/ €35.
Garden tools included.
Transportation of garden waste for a fee. Disposal of garden waste will incur an extra fee.
Pool
A well-maintained pool is essential for the enjoyment and health of your stay in your luxury villa. Our team will ensure that your pool is clean, safe and inviting at all times. We take care of regular cleaning, water analysis and maintenance of the technology, whether salt or chlorine.
1x weekly during summer € 289.-€ per month
2x monthly during winter € 220.-€ per month
Cleaning
9. We will take care of regular cleaning services that not only include those of your villa, but also special services such as final cleaning after rentals or preparatory cleaning before your arrival.
Price per hour € 30
In order to guarantee a certain standard, a team of at least 2 cleaners will come to your home.
Shopping service
We know how important it is that your guests feel at home straight away. That’s why we offer a tailor-made shopping service. Before your guests arrive, 14. We will ensure that the fridge is filled with their personal requirements, for example, fresh food, drinks or delicacies. We will take care of everything. On request, we can put together a welcome package for your guests for a small surcharge so that they feel at home in Mallorca and your property straight away.

Vacation rental
